- Do I need any prior experience to start training?
- Not at all. Our curriculum is designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether you've never set foot on a mat or you're returning to training. Beginners are welcomed and guided from day one.
- What should I bring to my first class?
- Just wear comfortable workout clothes—a t-shirt and athletic shorts or pants work great. We have loaner gis available so you don't need to bring anything special. Once you join, we'll help you find the right equipment.
- Are there classes for kids?
- Yes. Our membership includes both adult and kids programs. BJJ is an excellent activity for children—it builds discipline, confidence, and physical fitness in a safe and structured environment.
- How long does it take to earn a belt?
- Belt progression in BJJ depends on dedication, training frequency, and skill development. On average, consistent training leads to a blue belt within 1–2 years. We focus on genuine skill mastery rather than rushing through ranks.
- Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
- No contracts, no cancellation fees. We offer a simple month-to-month membership because we believe the training should speak for itself. Cancel any time with 30 days notice.
